Invitation to Exhibit 

Join the South Central Chapter in Grapevine, TX, on October 26, 2023, for a one-of-a-kind event bringing together supply chain professionals from seven surrounding states to network with their peers and exchange new knowledge via our educational sessions spread throughout the day. 

This regional conference brings together the industry's key decision-makers to discuss current and future trends in the supply chain. It offers excellent opportunities to increase visibility and client engagement. 

Purchasing an exhibit booth is a great way to introduce new prospects to your business, share information about what you offer, and build authentic business relationships.

Exhibit Cost 

Vendors choose booth number(s) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Two adjacent spaces may be combined, depending on availability.

  • 10' x 10' Booth = $800
  • 10' x 20' Endcap = $1,600
  • 6' x 10' Hallway Booth = $800
  • 6' Hallway Tabletop = $800

A 50% deposit MUST be submitted by 14 business days from receipt of the invoice to secure your space. Payment in full is due by September 26, or exhibit space may be reassigned. 

Included in booth fee:

  • Two (2) passes for the exhibitor booth staff. Additional passes may be purchased for $25 each.
  • Each booth has power, 8' high black drape, 36" high black side dividers, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included.
  • One attendee list to be provided via email by October 31 to the main contact only.*

Not included in booth fees:

  • Carpeting is not included but will be available for an additional fee through Freeman.
  • NEW! Customer passes are not included in the cost of the booth.

*Attendee list will only include those that have given us express permission to share their information.

Installation Date and Hours 

Exhibitor Move-In: Wednesday, October 25 | 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Exhibitor Hours: Thursday, October 26 | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Exhibitor Move-Out: Thursday, October 26 | 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Sponsorship Opportunities 

Sponsor one of our 12 education sessions! You select the topic and speakers from your organization or your customers.

  • Cost: $500 (limit 1 per company)
  • Session topics/ideas must be submitted by August 31st
  • Sessions are encouraged to be educational; client project case studies are preferred.
  • The WERCouncil will schedule the sponsored sessions in early September.

Door Prize Raffle

We are bringing back the floorplan sheet for attendees to stop by and collect a stamp for the end-of-the-day door prize raffle. Attendees must have the entire floorplan and overall survey completed to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a prize provided by our exhibiting companies. The raffle drawing starts at 2:30 PM, and attendees must be present to win.

Cancellation Policy 

A 50% refund will be issued if canceled in writing on or before September 26th. Refunds will not be granted after September 26th.
