IMPORTANT NOTE: Dominion Energy will have special badges for each attendee. Due to their security practices, the last day to register for the conference will be 6/14/23.
The registration site will close at 5:30 PM, Eastern on Wednesday, 6/14/23. Walk-in registrations will not be allowed.
User Registration Fees:
User/University Attendee - $195.00 (registered by 5/19/23)
User/University Attendee - $245.00 (registered 5/20/23 or later)
Host Utility (Dominion Energy) - Complimentary
Full-Time Student - $150.00
Vendor / Sponsor Registration Fees:
Sponsors (includes registration for 1 company attendee) - $1,600.00
Vendor/Independent Consultant (1st registration from company) - $395.00
Vendor/Independent Consultant - (additional 2nd/3rd/+ registration from same company) - $595.00

- Name changes in lieu of cancellation are allowed at no additional fee if the attendee is from the same company and there is no modification in the form of payment.
- Full-Time Student - must provide proof of full-time enrollment.
- University Attendee - must provide proof of employment at university.
