Data Access & Analytics
Industry Innovations
Talent Development
Traveller Centricity

 Data Access & Analytics
Data experts will discuss the industry's biggest data challenges around access, availability, analytics, quality, and reporting.

 Industry Innovations
Consumerization, mobility, and technology are powerful forces that are changing the business travel landscape forever. Attendees will have a front‐row seat to (p)review industry innovations and emerging technologies that are advancing and disrupting the industry status quo.

 Talent Development
This pillar addresses the skill gaps travel professionals have identified as essential for successful future travel leaders.  This includes topics in change management experience, innovative mindsets, marketing/social media skills, and technological competence.

 Traveller Centricity
Corporate travel professionals are learning important lessons from consumer‐oriented strategies, such as how to communicate more effectively with travelers, how to use traveler feedback to increase leverage with suppliers, and ultimately, how to increase satisfaction levels among travelers.
