Anushree M. Bag is the chief information officer of the Indiana Department of Child Services. She oversees technological infrastructure for DCS, in addition to the modernization of two major systems central to the agency’s child-welfare and child-support functions. Bag was previously an executive director at the Indiana Office of Technology where she managed IT governance, risk, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery. She has more than 20 years industry experience leading and managing large and complex IT transformational initiatives across multiple industries such as energy, e-commerce, healthcare, insurance, education, non-profit and government. An electrical engineer by education, she holds certifications in risk management, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management. Bag is an expert in technology and associated operating model transformation, enterprise risk management, business process management, analytics, large program management, IT governance, and compliance.

Mark Ferrandino is the Executive Director of the Department of Revenue (DOR). He joined DOR as ED in 2020. In his role, he oversees the five major divisions within the organization including the Division of Motor Vehicles, Taxation Division, Colorado Lottery, Specialized Business Group and the Marijuana Enforcement Division. He attended the University of Rochester, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and economics in 1999, and a master’s degree in public policy analysis in 2000. Mark worked as a policy analyst for the White House Office of Management and Budget in Washington, D.C. After relocating to Colorado, he worked as program analyst for the U.S. Department of Justice, then served as the senior budget analyst for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing until 2007 before being appointed to the Colorado House of Representatives. While in the legislature, he was elected Speaker of the House by his peers and served in that role from 2013-14. After his service in the legislature he joined Denver Public Schools as Chief Financial Officer before transitioning into the Deputy Superintendent of Operations role. Mark worked at leading several of the district's largest departments in this role.

Doug Howard has over 30 years of experience as a technology leader and innovator in security with a highly-developed background in business development, M&A, operations, engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership. In his previous role at RSA as Vice President of Global Services and IT Innovation, he provided leadership support for RSA’s strategic vision and global operational execution, various Dell Governance Programs and the M&A exit to STG from Dell. A former member of the U.S. Air Force, Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Strayer University.

Suzette Kent is a global business transformation executive. She served as the Federal Chief Information Officer for the United States from 2018 until July of 2020. Kent’s career has included leadership roles ranging from partner at Accenture and EY to managing director at JP Morgan. She currently leads her own advisory business through which she continues strategic transformation work with clients around the world, across industries and in the public and private sectors. Throughout her career her focus has always centered on technology transformation, cybersecurity, digital enablement, workforce development and ways that technology can be leveraged to solve challenges. Suzette is a strategic advisor to organizations, including serving on the Boards of a bank, the Board of a public university and works with many companies on their Advisory Boards and as a subject matter senior advisor.

Danny Martinez is a licensed CPA and provides advisory, audit and training services to a wide range of governmental entities including municipalities and their component units, counties, school districts, tribal governments, airports, ports and hospitals. He has provided technical accounting assistance, including lease and other standards implementation, to some of the largest cities and counties in the country. Danny is the past Zone 3 (GASB) Chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Technical Issues Committee, a group that provides a voice for its constituents in the standard-setting process. He is a frequent presenter at national and state conferences on a variety of topics including GASB 87, GASB 96, financial statement internal controls, and grant control and compliance issues. He has also published numerous articles and webinars on these and other accounting and grant topics.

Christie Verscharen is Director of Cybersecurity and PCI at Fastrics LLC. She is responsible for the umbrella of IT security and advisory services. Christie has over 20 years of information security and technology advisory work experience. She has led and delivered numerous CISO advisory, cyber security risk and strategic assessments and program design and implementation engagements for clients in the retail, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, non-profit, hospitality, financial services, and professional services industries. She is also responsible for the delivery of business continuity/disaster recovery, as well as PCI and related compliance services. Prior to joining Fastrics, Christie was a co-founder of Sunera (now Focal Point Data Risk, a CDW Company) where she led the Cyber Risk Advisory practice. She also previously spent several years at KPMG in the Information Risk Management practice and as a Research Associate in the Tampa-based research department of Shriner’s Hospitals. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Qualified Security Assessor (QSA).

Reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, Jennie Wallace oversees the Internal Audit function for NYCEDC. Jennie is a seasoned audit and risk executive with a passion for the profession and over 25 years of experience partnering with company leadership to assess, manage, and mitigate risk. She started her career with 10+ years at PwC, and then held audit and controls leadership roles at a beverage startup (subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company), a FinTech startup (now public), and a private media agency. At each organization, she created and led highly effective internal audit and controls programs and departments, tailored to the needs, culture, and strategic direction of the organization. Jennie is an active officer and speaker with the NY Institute of Internal Auditors, and a member of the Advisory Board for St. John's University's Internal Audit program. Jennie has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Bryant University, and is working towards a Master’s degree in Enterprise Risk Management at St. John’s University. Jennie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of NY, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
