When should I register?
Immediately to reserve a space at the event and to secure a hotel room. Space is limited.
What is the deadline for registering?
Registration will close at 8:00 PM (PT) on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
What expenses will Freightliner assume for participants?
Freightliner will provide a reception and dinner the night of arrival, and breakfast and lunch the day of training. Hotel, air, and ground travel expenses are not covered for this event.
What is the attire for the event?
The Ride & Drive will be outdoors, please pack accordingly to the local weather. Jeans are recommended; closed toed shoes are required.
How do I arrange for a hotel room?
Hotel accommodations will be made on your behalf when you register. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly. Freightliner has secured a block of guest rooms for the event.
