The registration fee includes all course materials, which will be made available on the website for attendees only, continental breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception, and refreshment breaks. OPTIONAL PAI SATURDAY WORKSHOP
Cost - $200.00 (after May 6th - $225.00) - This workshop will be held at 833 Chestnut Street, OBGYN Department.
REGISTRATION FOR THURSDAY AFTERNOON BREAKOUT SESSIONS: Thursday afternoon Breakout 1 session and Breakout 2 session will offer the same eight (8) topics and are limited to 20 participants per class. Sign up for these breakout sessions will be on a first come first serve basis when the participant checks in at the registration desk. Sign up will not be available online.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Registration cancellations must be received in writing by May 15, 2019. Your paid tuition, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be returned. No refunds will be granted after May 15, 2019. Jefferson ObGyn reserves the right to cancel or postpone this course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Jefferson ObGyn will refund registration fees, but is not responsible for related costs or expenses to participants, including cancellation fees assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies.
