Any exhibitor or sponsor that would wish to provide any items to be distributed in the attendee gift bags should advise the HOC team via email to hoc.support@lmco.com no later than 30 July. Once approved for inclusion, all items must be shipped to the HOC team with delivery no later than 1 October.
