Magnum of 2019 Henry Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon. Very limited edition. Only 30 magnums were made and they sold out instantly. This is from Natalie’s personal collection. Silky vanilla, blackberry & cherry aromas followed by well-integrated spicy oak & ripe fruit characters balanced with a structured backbone. Aged for 22 months in 75% Missouri Oak and 25% French Oak. Can be drunk now but will benefit from age. Gaderian Wines is co-founded by Natalie Coughlin and located in Napa Valley. Gaderian is the Old English verb for “to gather” which is exactly how you should drink this wine: gathered with friends, family, and Cal supporters! Go Bears!
