Housing Fraud - Please be aware of any company reaching out to you via email or phone that is not ConferenceDirect. The only housing company authorized by the 2022 Tandem Meetings is ConferenceDirect and unless requested by you, ConferenceDirect will not contact you directly.
If you are contacted by a third party company, please do not provide them with any personal information and contact the 2022 Tandem Meetings Conference Office at TandemMeetings@mcw.edu. Please note that you must register for the meeting before booking your hotel room. Due to demand, we have a limited number of rooms available within the housing block.
Discounted rates are available until April 1, 2022 or until the room block is filled. If you have not booked via the link on your registration confirmation page, you may revisit the confirmation page at any time. Log into your existing registration via this link and enter your last name and registration confirmation number. Proceed to the registration record page and click "Book Hotel Room" to book your hotel room. For housing questions and assistance, you may contact the Housing Bureau via email at TandemHousing@conferencedirect.com.
