As an auditor you communicate with a wide variety of people. The work you do requires you to get information that is sometimes not easy to get, even in the best of times. With the extra stress of Covid-19 and the social unrest we are experiencing as a country many people feel extra stretched, and communication can suffer.

What you do as an auditor can lead to uncomfortable situations. You need detailed information delivered on time and you need to maintain powerful, connective relationships. Sometimes you need to be a powerful leader and initiate a courageous conversation. And sometimes someone else will initiate one with you. In this program we will discuss the signs you need to have these conversations and how to make them homeruns. We will discuss what leads to a powerful connection, and what does not. We will illustrate how the rank-power you and others have impacts your ability to connect. You will learn about new ways that you can, during these extra stressful times, communicate more effectively when the heat is on. This interactive, engaging four-hour program will lead to better work relationships and more efficient audits.
