INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS

All registration must be proceeded online. No registration can be proceeded by phone or directly at Colloquium's office.

For payment by bank transfer or by check: please note that payment should arrive in 15 days following the on-line registration. After that date, your registration will be automatically cancelled.
Wire transfer payments will only be available until January 3^rd, 2014.

Any name change requested before January 8^th, 2014, will be subject to a 50 € administrative fee. 
After that date no name change will be possible.

Cancellations should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat (please refer to the "Contact us" information). For any cancellation request received until January 3^rd, 2013: refund (minus 50 € for administrative fees).  No refund for cancellation requests received after January 3^rd, 2013.

BEWARE: If you forgot or lose your badge on the spot, you will be charged with 30 € for the reprinting.
