EVENT FEE DETAILS
The Event Fee Includes the following. $290.00 per person
- Welcome Gathering with hosted bar and dinner of heavy hors d'oeuvres on Thursday evening
- Transportation for all of the planned activities on Friday
- Dinner at the OMNI Bedford Springs Resort on Saturday Evening
- NE Region Fly-In Commemorative Pin
Additional fees
- For those flying in, transportation via private bus between Bedford County Airport (KHMZ) and OMNI Bedford Springs Resort on Thursday and Sunday at designated times. $40 round trip per person (you can sign up and pay in registration)
- Lunch on Friday (you can select and purchase when you register) - menu and prices on Plans tab
The Event and Additional Fees do not include:
- Friday dinner at Jean Bonnet Tavern. Order off the menu not fixed price.
- All breakfasts - available options at OMNI Bedford - Frontier Tavern or room service.
- Any other incidentals not included above.
Hotel accommodations are booked separately and directly with the hotel. Room rates are on the Accommodations tab. Please make your hotel reservation prior to the processing COPA registration - there is a limited number of rooms in our block.

- The
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania currently requires event hosts (Rhonda and Bethany) to
maintain a guest list of all individuals in attendance at a function, including
phone number and expected location 14 days after the event. For more
information please click here on the PA website. To comply, we will be collecting this information as part of the registration process. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
