Yoli Bazan is a Certified Division Order Analyst, Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst, and a former president of the Houston Association of Division Order Analysts. She has over fifteen years of experience analyzing leases, title opinions, operating agreements, farmout agreements, letter agreements and other contractual agreements to determine mineral, leasehold and contractual interest ownership.

Bonnie Dallum, Founder & CEO RPA Officer™, brings three decades of audit, analytics, and process innovation experience working with Fortune 500 companies including Target, PwC, EY, Wells Fargo, and the U.S. Treasury Department. Throughout her career, Bonnie has driven process efficiencies, cost savings, and audit/compliance improvements.  As a Six Sigma Black Belt, she is an active advisor to today's enterprise executives and business leaders to discover process improvement opportunities and build automation strategies. 

As Head of Delivery for NA, Damian has over 20 years’ experience in technology ranging from leading software development teams, business intelligence through intelligent process automation. He is a passionate and seasoned automation veteran. Prior to joining Robiquity, Damian rebuilt a failing RPA program establishing an RPA COE returning over 70,000 hours of human capacity back to the business annually. Damian’s an experienced developer in the top 3 RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath and Automation Anywhere). Damian holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Honours Operations Research – Computer Science Minor from the University of Waterloo, Canada. 

Dr. Hastings-Simon is an expert in energy, innovation, and climate policy; her work is focused on understanding how energy and industrial transitions happen within different sectors of the economy, and how policy responses can improve outcomes. She explores the role of incumbents and governments in development and deployment of new clean technologies, particularly within high carbon economies; the markets and policy structures that enable decarbonisation of electricity systems; and the response of firms to carbon pricing and other climate policy measures.

Carl has been involved in energy trading for the past fifteen years covering all aspects of brokerage, research and marketing. Carl
started his career trading Eurodollars on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange; he was Director of Futures Sales and Research for ABN AMRO and Barclays Capital in New York and has covered energy derivatives for Citigroup and Credit Suisse commodity desks in Houston, Texas where he's currently based. Carl founded the research and consulting group Oil Outlooks and Opinions in 2009.

Andrew Pederson has a B.A. in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.  He teaches Engineering Economics as an Associate Teaching Professor at Colorado School of Mines. He also works with John Stermole at Investment Evaluation Corporation, providing an in-house short course called Economic Evaluation and Investment Decision Methods to oil and gas, mining, and processing companies.  Andrew is a coauthor of the book Economic Evaluation and Investment Decision Methods by Stermole, Stermole, and Pederson; it is currently in its 16th Edition.

John has more than 14 years of public accounting and risk advisory experience, with a focus on assisting clients in identifying, evaluating, and managing risks inherent in their business. With a hand-on approach to client service, John works with his clients performing outsourced and co-sourced internal audit, SOX compliance, risk assessment, business consulting and process improvement, enterprise risk management, fraud prevention and outsourced accounting and financial reporting services.
