Accommodation
Unfortunately all our hotel blocks in Mons are fully booked now. Therefore, we are not able to support you with any hotel reservations.
Block bookings have been made for your convenience. Reservations can be requested during the registration process where you can also find the NCI Agency negotiated rates and additional hotel information. Please note that this is only a request for accommodation, a confirmation number will be forwarded to you sometime in August. Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation.
N.B. The NIAS2013 organisation does not sponsor any travel or accommodation. NCI Agency does not accept any liability regarding costs i.e. no shows, late cancellations, early departures.
Food and beverage
Lunch and refreshments are provided at the event Free of Charge to all registered NIAS2013 Delegates.
Acces to SHAPE
Arriving by Private or corporate motor vehicle: NIAS delegates arriving by private or corporate motor vehicle are requested to report to the SHAPE visitors office for pre- registration and access to SHAPE. NIAS2013 agents will provide you with an exchange pass and car pass for the duration of the event.
Arriving by Hotel Shuttle: Delegates arriving by hotel shuttle will be guided by their designated bus escort to the event registration.
Parking Restrictions
SHAPE has a limited parking facility for visitors. Therefore, visitors arriving with their own persona (POMV) or company vehicle are restricted to park in the 500 area car park. Please follow the signs for NIAS2013 parking. NIAS will provide a shuttle service from the parking area to the event.
