Program

This program is open to parents of pediatric and young adults who have questions
about life after treatment, such as late and long-term effects, survivorship and
available resources in the community. You will have an opportunity to connect with
other families and ask questions on survivorship about pediatric patients and their
families and learn about advocacy after treatment.
