As a Principal Consultant, Shur has launched five satellite television stations, from concept to launch – four in India and one in Malaysia. He has been a Fulbright Fellow in Communication Technology during 1988-89. He is the Director of the South Carolina chapter of the Hollywood Prayer Network in Greenville, SC. Bill is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Spring Arbor College and is the Vice Chairman of the NRB Non-Com Music License Committee. He began in radio as a student at WMBI in Chicago. His career path has included 27 years in church ministry and 25 years in radio including Family Life Broadcasting as Manager of WUGN, Midland, Michigan and the last 19 years at Radio Training Network in various roles and currently Net Compliance Manager for 38 stations. He has been married for 51 years and has 2 married daughters and 2 grandchildren. His wife Cheryl is a CPA and they live in Peachtree Corners, Georgia Northeast of Atlanta.
