Noa Woolloff

Noa came on board as Taskforce Coordinator in late October 2018. Prior to this role Noa worked as the Head of Youth Engagement at Inspiring Stories and founded a social enterprise supporting young parents called Increase Clothing. Noa is 21 and a keen advocate for young people and also spoke at the Social Enterprise World Forum in Edinburgh, Scotland and was the Keynote Address at the New Zealand Youth Awards 2018. Noa brings with him experience across marketing and communications, youth engagement, business development and public speaking. Outside of his role Noa enjoys being a Dad, spending time with whanau, watching the UFC and training.
 
Linn Araboglas

Linn is the newly minted Foundation Manager at the Vodafone NZ Foundation covering for Lani Evans while she is on parental leave. With over 16 years background working in Government with a focus on improving the conditions for children and young people to thrive, Linn is passionate about the Foundation’s focus to see all young people in Aotearoa, having access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Most recently working as the Director at the Ministry of Youth Development Linn is an experienced developer of partnerships and a believer in the power of collaboration for impact. Linn enjoys working on multi sector initiatives across government, philanthropic, business and community sectors. Linn brings a passion for youth development and strengths based practice to the Foundation. Outside of the Foundation, Linn enjoys spending time with her 3 kids, husband & dog as well as getting together with family and friends for good food & great company.
 
Kelsey Brown
Senior Advisor (Child and Youth Voices)

Kelsey Brown is originally from Dunedin, where she studied at the University of Otago. Kelsey has a legal and policy background. In the past, Kelsey led a volunteer advocacy programme supporting children and young people at a CYF Care and Protection residence. Kelsey worked at MSD on child, youth, family and community policy, with a strong focus on youth justice, before joining the Office in January 2017. Kelsey is currently working on her Masters of Law in children’s rights through the University of Otago Law Faculty. She leads the Mai World: Child and Youth Voices work and was the co-lead and co-author of the What makes a good life? work.
 
Katie Bruce
Manager, Child-Centred Advice

Katie Bruce recently joined the OCC from the community sector where she was CE of Volunteering New Zealand and, before that, Executive Director of youth justice movement JustSpeak. At OCC she heads up the Child-Centred Advice team. Katie is from the UK, where she was involved in youth advocacy and programme design from a young age. Katie has a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy and has worked on research projects on topics such as the community sector during recession, family rituals and the criminalisation of young people.
 
Duncan Matthews
Treasurer
Rule Foundation
Duncan has led several rainbow community organisations as Executive Director, and currently serves as Treasurer for the Rule Foundation, Professional Association for Transgender Health Aotearoa, and Auckland Pride. He also serves as the Deputy Chair for the Ministry for Youth Development Partnership Fund Board. He has a passion for good governance and running of community organisations, and making the voices of youth and marginalised groups heard (or present preferably!) at the decision making table.
