Prior to joining the company in 2001, Hank led marketing for the security division of Ameritech (now AT&T). Before entering the electronic security industry, he held brand management and product development roles in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Hank holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Neal Vanskiver

Neal oversees national account sales with a focus on the commercial industrial and financial/banking markets. His sales and customer experience with the company spans more than 20 years with leadership roles in core commercial, and commercial industrial and retail national accounts. Prior to Johnson Controls, Vanskiver served 12 years as a territory and service manager with Wells Fargo. His ability to meet the needs of customers, build successful sales teams and grow revenue has been recognized by customers and peers.
Jeff Storrs

Jeff leads national account sales focused on the banking and financial market. During his 16 years with the company, Jeff has held a variety of sales roles of increasing responsibility and scope within residential, small business, core commercial and national accounts. Prior to his current role, Jeff served 12 years in national accounts, with his most recent position being regional director, strategic accounts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Spring Arbor University.
Scott Lindahl
CSO, VP Global Corporate Services, Kellogg
Scott has responsibility for the global service delivery of Security, Travel Services, Real Estate & Facilities Management and Aviation Operations. As the functional leader for the enterprise-wide security strategy that protects the Kellogg brands, assets and employees he leverages a broad industry background to advise and enable the business for success.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Security Management Association (ISMA) and Chair of the Membership Committee. He is also a member of the DHS Food and Agriculture Sector Coordinating Council. His past industry involvement has included Law Enforcement Liaison for the Coupon Information Corporation (CIC), as the Vice-Chair for the Grocery Manufacturers Association Food Defense Committee, as an Advisory Board Member at Michigan State University's A-CAPP program and Chair of the Food Defense & Agriculture Security Council of ASIS International.
Leland Dean
VP, Global Corporate Security, Bank of NY Mellon
He is responsible for physical protection and investigations of the southwest part of the United States, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil (LaTAM).
Leland’s certifications include the (Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International/GSX; the Certified Financial Security Services Professional (CFSSP) from the Institute of Certified Bankers; and the Certified Fraud Specialist (CFS) from the Association of Certified Fraud Specialists.
He is a member or chairman of numerous other security and investigative organizations and has been a member of ASIS International since 1987 where he is a member of the Global Terrorism, Political Instability and International Crime Council; the Banking and Financial Services Council; and the Executive Protection Council.
Dan Bissmeyer
Business Development Manager, AMAG
Dan Bissmeyer entered the U.S. Marines directly from High School where he served 12 years in the Intelligence field. Within Intelligence, Dan was a senior analyst, counterintelligence specialist, and an intelligence instructor in a wide variety of global locations. Following the Marines, Dan worked for General Electric in Cincinnati, OH as an IT Systems Administrator, IT Project Manager, and CIO for the Americas.
In 2016, Dan served as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Huntington National Bank. As CSO, Dan was charged with a complete overhaul of the existing organization as well as implementing new technologies to establish Huntington’s Security program as best-in-class for the financial industry. Among Dan’s new initiatives were: Insider Threat program, Business Continuity and Crisis Management program, Workplace Violence program, Safety program, Executive Protection program and introduction of new technologies in all areas.
Dan now works for AMAG Technology, where is a Business Development Manager covering North America with a focus on helping end users build effective technology solutions to improve their security programs.
Dr. Hector R. Torres
VP, Director of Corporate Security & Safety, Popular Inc.
Dr. Torres has over 35 years of experience in the field of security at the federal and corporate levels during which he served as a former US Army Intelligence and Special Operations Officer. He is a graduate of the US Army’s Airborne, Ranger, Special Forces, Military Intelligence and Command and General Staff Schools and has served as Guest Instructor at the National Intelligence Schools of the Republics of Ecuador and Colombia. He has also served as a Special Agent with the Department of the Army and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Dr. Torres has held numerous security management positions and has worked as a security consultant for various corporations in Puerto Rico. He was past President for the Puerto Rico Bankers Association’s Security Committee; Co-founder and Chairman of the Puerto Rico Financial Crimes Task Force; Vice President for Certification and Distinguished Fellow of the Academy of Security Educators and Trainers; and as a member of the Banking and Financial Services Council of the American Society of Industrial Security. Currently, he is the Director of Corporate Security & Safety for Popular Inc. and a Colonel in the Puerto Rico State Guard Command.
Philip Halpin

Phil Halpin most recently was the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Security at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH), in this role, Phil was responsible for leading all aspects of the firm’s global security strategy, program development, technology and services. Additionally, Halpin had responsibility for the Information Security Risk Management Division which directly manages logical provisioning, providing access to all systems and technology resources for the enterprise. During Halpin’s time at BBH he transformed the physical security program from a reactive facility based model to a program and division of professionals that demonstrated a clear and quantifiable value to the Firm through customer focused, risk based, proactive and intelligence driven services. Once reaching program maturity, Halpin began executing on a vision to digital transform the way BBH managed Identity and Access for technology systems which included the appropriate convergence of physical and digital security.
Frank Loveridge
VP, Director of Corporate Security, Fifth Third Bank
Frank Loveridge has the authority of the Board of Directors to be the appointed Bank Security Officer. Responsible for developing, implementing and executing the strategic goals of the Corporate Security Program. Provides strategic leadership and support to all divisions and business lines of the Bancorp.
Loveridge joined Fifth Third Bancorp in 2018, as Director, Corporate Security and is responsible for the physical security of over 1,100 financial centers, 35 high density buildings and over 20,000 employees of the Fifth Third Bancorp. Provides Executive Protection to Bancorp senior leadership, responsible for the operational readiness of the security forces, an active member of the Threat Assessment Team responsible for threat mitigation to employees and customers, and is the primary liaison with local and federal law enforcement.
Loveridge has spent over 22 years in the United States Secret Service retiring in March 2018, as the Special Agent in Charge (SAIC) of the Forensic Services Division.
Rudy A. Wolter,

Wolter holds three B.S. degrees from William Jennings Bryan College. Prior to joining Citigroup, he was employed by Florida Coast Bank as a Vice President, Barnett Banks of South Florida as the Director of ATM Security, Hollywood Federal Savings Bank as Director of Security and Capital Bank as Vice President/Director of Security Services. His experience covers internal and external white-collar crime case investigations, law enforcement liaison, disaster recovery management, perimeter and interior security, executive protection, internal security training, software development and new security product engineering and integration.
At Citigroup he is the Global Chief Technology Officer for Citigroup Security and Investigative Services. His group is responsible for providing technology support to over 700 employees globally in 106 countries. His directives are to provide a fully interactive case management system, which includes deep dive cognitive analytics, geo-spatial analytics with a predictive analytic interface, open architecture COGNOS reporting systems and reach back command capabilities for worldwide crisis management. He is also responsible for the CSIS Technology Lab where new cutting edge technologies are tested and determination made for applicable utilization within the Citigroup environment, management of all Security Technology installed globally which includes access control systems, CCTV systems, alarm systems and interfacing with the Citigroup Fusion Cyber Center. He also serves as Chairman of the CSIS Global CTO Council.
Rick Mercuri,
Senior Vice President and Head of Security for Santander Bank
Rick is an accomplished security executive with a proven 35 year history of strong organizational leadership and strategic decision making for global and domestic organizations.
Rick is currently the senior vice president and head of security for Santander Bank where he and his team recently built a new security program and modernized their electronic security infrastructure and monitoring capabilities. Rick is also responsible for setting Santander’s long term physical security strategy as they grow their presence in the US.
Rick was previously the senior vice president and head of intelligence for RBS Citizens in the US and Latin America where he and his team identified and managed new and emerging threats impacting his organization. While at RBS Citizens, Rick took on several high profile assignments including the implementation of a global security model; orchestrated the rollout of new security, fraud and AML policies across the Americas and provided leadership through a period of change and downsizing. Rick also served as senior vice president and chief security officer for Citizens Financial Group, where he created a dynamic security program that included electronic forensic and investigation units; physical security, executive security and internal fraud monitoring.
Krishna Mungar,

Krishna brings over 25 years’ experience in the Intelligence Community, working with government, military, and the private sector. He has authored over a thousand reports on matters of global and national security, including writings in academic and professional publications. He is a seasoned briefer, serving some of the most respected senior Chief Security Officers in the United States. Additionally, he has given many conference presentations before law enforcement, government, and private corporations. Krishna has a reputation for being a person of big ideas, having innovated and developed multiple key platforms for intelligence infrastructure. These include the Werzit intelligence portal, a search engine developed for national security analysts, a web spider which scours the World Wide Web for documents of key strategic interest, a powerful intelligence collection platform for retrieving open source news reporting, and a web mirroring architecture for use in countering violent extremism and counterterrorism.
Roy Dagan,

Roy Dagan, CEO of SecuriThings is an IoT expert with over 15 years of experience in product management and business development from various high-tech companies. Prior to co-founding SecuriThings, Roy led product groups and successfully launched multiple product lines in the Cybersecurity, Risk-Management and Intelligence domains at companies including RSA (The Security Division of EMC), NICE Systems and Payoneer. Roy served in various positions at the IDF elite technological unit, and holds a BSc in computer science and management from Tel Aviv University.
