Students Registration Fees:
(No CEUs will be issued to students who register and must be enrolled in and identify the Imaging Program).  
You will be asked to show your Student ID at the Symposium

REFUND POLICY

It is the attendee's responsibility to request the time off and have it approved before registering.


Refunds will be granted until February 19, 2020; no refunds after that date.  E-mail Wendy.L.Friedman@kp.org with your cancellation request.
Fees will be refunded back to the credit card used to register minus a $25 processing fee. If symposium is canceled, the above refund policy will be enforced

  • RDMS recognizes ASRT Category A Continuing Education Credits

  • ABII recognizes ASRT Category A Continuing Education Credits - Most presentations apply to the CIIP Examination Content Outline through section I. Clinical Engineering.     
  • CAMPEP for the approval of this activity for 7 MPCEC hours will be applied for.                      

 

 

ASRT RULES OF ATTENDANCE
Be sure to arrive on time!

1.      Participants arriving late or departing early are subject to a reduction/deletion of credit. If you show up after the Keynote starts, the full 1 CE for the Keynote Presentation will be deducted from your certificate - there is no leeway on time.

2.     The number of CE credits will be reduced for CE activities that run short.

3.     Participants must be alert and an active listener to receive CE credit. If you are reading the paper, talking, sleeping or otherwise distracted you will not receive credit.
