Registration
There is no registration fee but all the participants must register to attend the workshop. To register please click the Register Now button on the right of the page.
If you need a visa for France, please register and request your invitation letter as soon as possible to avoid any visa issue preventing you from participating to the regional workshop.
Visa
Participants who require a visa to enter France should apply to the nearest diplomatic or consular representative of France as soon as possible. The host organizations, EDF & Framatome, will provide visa support letters upon request. Please indicate if you one need during the registration procedure on this website.

Your request for visa support invitation letter should include:
- First and last name
- Address
- Precise address of the consulate or visa centre you intend to make your visa request
- Dates of arrival and departure
Details regarding invitation letter will also be given to you in the email confirming your registration.
