Steve Harley

Steve Harley is the head of DHL’s Global Energy Sector, responsible for strategic and commercial development of the Sector. Steve is supported by a team of energy specialists covering account management, program management, HSSE and solution design. He has been with DHL legacy companies since 1998 working in energy logistics in Africa, Europe and the US. Before taking up his present role in 2010 and being responsible for the formation of the Energy sector, he had previously worked with both the Supply Chain and Forwarding divisions of the company.

Sean is the Vice President of DHL’s CSI Energy Sector, Americas, a role he has held since 2013. He joined DPDHL (formerly Exel MSAS) in 2003 and has held various Leadership & Management roles covering both Canada & the USA. Prior to joining DHL, Sean worked with Cast North America (now known as Hapag Lloyd) as well as SCM, a Tibbett & Britten Company.
 
Rob Declercq

Robert is Sales Manager with DHL Resilience360 in the Americas keen on building resilient supply chains. Rob has been working in the logistics and supply chain industry for over 20 years. His past experience is surrounded by various supply chain capacities such as commercial management and business development, logistics and project management at companies including AT&T, Bacardi, Motorola, Monsanto and the TSA. Within Resilience360, Rob delivers supply chain risk management solutions to the Americas Energy and Fresh Chain sectors. Rob earned a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of West Georgia. He also earned a green belt in Six Sigma. Born in Detroit, MI, Rob is currently based in Fort Lauderdale.
 
Reid Morrison

Reid leads the Global Energy Advisory and US Energy, Utilities, and Mining Advisory practices, and is a Principal in PwC's Houston Office. He has 25+ years of experience in the resources industries across upstream, downstream, midstream, oilfield services, utilities, EPC, chemicals, mining, and bio-fuels both domestically and internationally (supermajors, NOCs, independent refiners, E&P independents, global OFS, etc.)  His client experience covers strategy, M&A, operating models, restructuring, process redesign, supply chain, operational excellence, reliability, trading, and human capital.

Reid received his BA from Southwestern University, Georgetown, Texas in 1990 and received his Masters from The University of Tulsa in 1992.

 
Patrice Laporte

Patrice Laporte has held the position of Vice-President of Siemens O&G Americas since October 2017.

Throughout his 19-year career at Siemens, Patrice has held several positions within the company, including roles in: procurement, logistics, sales, finance, and general management. He has spent the bulk of his career in the O&G and Automotive industries, working in multiple countries such as the USA, Germany, France, Scotland and Czech Republic. Prior to his current position, Patrice Laporte was the global Business Unit CFO of O&G Compression and Solution for Siemens. 

Before joining Siemens, Patrice held various positions with Elf (Total), Accenture, and Continental AG.

Patrice was born in the South of France. He received a bachelor’s degree with honors in Finance from the Ecole Superieure de Gestion in Paris. Patrice lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and two children.

 
Omar Muneeruddin

Omar works as an Operations Supervisor in National Grid's New England Electric Operations department, which is responsible for maintaining and constructing the company's electric distribution system. Previously, he was a member of Environmental Transactions at National Grid, where his team was responsible for procuring renewable energy such as solar, hydropower, land-based wind, and offshore wind and managing a $16B US Dollar portfolio of over 152 renewable energy projects totaling over 3,500 megawatts of capacity, including the first offshore windfarm in the United States. Prior to joining National Grid Omar worked in consulting at Ernst & Young. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University and his Master of Business Administration at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Omar is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.

 
Nikola Hagleitner

Nikola Hagleitner is the global CEO Industrial Projects, which is part of the DHL Global Forwarding division. In this global role, she leads a team of 600 industry experts, performing end-to-end project logistics for O&G, Mining, EPC, Renewables, Engineering & Manufacturing customers. She has been with the DPDHL Group since 2005, and has held various executive positions across three different divisions: DHL Management Consulting, Express and Global Forwarding. Prior to her current role, Nikola was EVP of Global Business Strategy for DHL Global Forwarding. She is based in London. Nikola holds a law degree from the University of Innsbruck, Austria and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, the School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona, US.
 
Mike Glowacki

Mike was born in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Northwestern University and graduated with a B.S. degree in computer engineering and a certificate of managerial analytics in 2009. Mike joined GE in 2009 and graduated from the GE Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) and GE Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) leadership program. Throughout his roles at GE, he managed teams across the GE industrial businesses to support initiatives including ERP simplification, Brilliant Factory, Big Data and Cyber Security.

In his current role, Mike is the VP of Technical Product Management at Baker Hughes, a GE company. In this role, he provides global Digital Technology (DT) leadership for the definition, development, execution, and implementation of digital solutions and products within Commercial, Engineering, and Supply Chain. He partners with key Commercial, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders to drive the overall digital strategy for the business.

 
Mike Wallace

Mike is currently the Global Category Manager for Logistics at Shell and has over 30 years of industry experience that spans Upstream, Downstream and Midstream organizations. Mike is a mechanical engineer by discipline, a licensed Professional Engineer and has held roles of increasing responsibility across technical project delivery, commercial / business development, strategy and acquisitions, and managing large operations. A significant portion of Mike’s career has been related to logistics, transportation and supply chain activities. Mike is married with two children and two grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with family.
 
Megan Wolski

Megan is a Customer Engagement Manager at the DHL Innovation Center in Chicago, IL, where she works with customers to showcase the newest technology solutions for supply chains. She has over ten years of experience in supply chain and logistics, and has touched many parts of the supply chain – from working with manufacturers to increase efficiency in their operations to project managing agile software development for a logistics company.

Megan holds a Masters in Supply Chain Management from Penn State and a BBA, Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from Georgia Southern Univ.

Marco Boos serves as the – Chief Supply Chain Officer and Head of Manufacturing at Weatherford International and is based out of Houston, TX.

In this capacity Marco is focusing on driving supply chain and manufacturing transformation, operational excellence and efficiency programs company-wide to rationalize and digitize company’s global footprint. Marco’s additional responsibilities include but are not limited to Manufacturing Operations, Asset & Inventory Management and Real Estate.

Marco joined Weatherford March 1st, 2018 and has over 24 years of engineering, project management, operational / strategic supply chain management and extensive transformation experience in the Automation, Chemical and Energy Industry. Before joining Weatherford, Marco had served in global capacity at ABB, BASF and Siemens. During his employment he lived in Germany, India, Thailand and United States.

Marco received his degree in Business Economics and Industrial Engineering from University of Applied Science in Mannheim, Germany and completed the Senior Leadership Development Program – at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.

 
Katja Busch

Katja Busch is responsible for the Sales Organization “DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation” as Chief Commercial Officer & Head of CSI at Deutsche Post DHL Group.

From January 2013 – January 2018 Katja Busch was Chief Sales Officer (CSO) DHL Parcel Germany in the Post – eCommerce – Parcel division. Prior to this she was Divisional Board Member for DHL Parcel for over six years in the Mail division at Deutsche Post AG responsible for domestic sales including customer service for Parcel. Appointed CSO DHL Parcel Germany in 2013, Busch assumed overall responsibility for customer service for both Mail and Parcel business units, including 22 call centers operated by Deutsche Post Customer Service GmbH. From March 2014 – January 2018 she headed international customer service for the Group’s Post – eCommerce – Parcel division. In August 2016 she also assumed responsibility for the newly created Global eCom* Key Account Management unit. Following an education in natural sciences, Busch spent seven years in various sales roles at TNT Express Germany before moving to Deutsche Post DHL Group in 1997. After serving as service branch head and business department head, she was appointed Head of Marketing & Sales in January 2004 at DHL Express Austria based in Vienna. In March 2006 she was appointed Divisional Board Member for DHL Parcel Germany.

 
Justin Burnett

Justin Burnett serves as Vice president of Materials Management and Warehousing for BP Upstream. He’s held senior positions in BP’s supply chain organization in the Gulf of Mexico, Azerbaijan and the Global Operations Organization. Prior to BP he held supply chain management leadership positions in Chevron’s Venezuela and Indonesian operations. Justin is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and Arizona State University’s Supply Chain MBA program. Outside of BP Justin serves in different leadership capacities and boards with both Sam Houston State and the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.

Before his role at CH Robinson, Jim worked at a boutique consulting firms where he led and supported the launch, implementation and integration of Lean Six Sigma programs for Fortune 500 company’s R&D, commercial, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and transactional processes. His consulting engagements have resulted in the identification and realization of $1+B of operational cost savings.

 
Jason Klein

Jason Klein leads Shell’s US Energy Transition Program, which involves assessing emerging risks and opportunities across Shell’s US businesses from the global transition to lower carbon energy, developing policy and advocacy positions around Energy Transition in the US, and implementing long-term strategies to make Shell resilient to expected changes in the energy system and allow Shell’s US businesses to thrive as the world moves to lower-carbon energy. He joined Shell following the acquisition of BG Group in 2016, where he was Asset General Manager for BG in the US—responsible for BG’s US unconventional assets, North America exploration activities, and the development of the proposed Lake Charles LNG export project. Following the BG takeover, Jason became VP US LNG within Shell’s Integrated Gas business, responsible for development of the Elba Island LNG project currently under construction near Savannah, Georgia and the proposed Lake Charles LNG export project in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Jason is a lawyer by background and joined BG Group in 2003. Jason had senior legal roles with BG in the United States, United Kingdom, Oman and Australia, including serving as BG’s Deputy General Counsel in both Houston and London. Prior to joining BG, Jason was an associate with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins in Houston. Jason is a native Houstonian and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio and a doctorate of jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law.

As a member of the Americas’ Management Board, Mr. Moody is the Chief Operations Officer for DHL Express. In this capacity he oversees all pickup, delivery, service quality, safety, security, customs and gateway operations for DHL Express Americas’ Region.  He was formerly U.S. Senior Vice President of Operations for U.S. Network Operations.  Mr. Moody is a native of the United Kingdom.
 
Bernadine Willis

Bernadine Willis is the Head of Marketing and Sales for Africa. She is based at the DHL Global Forwarding Regional Head Offices in Johannesburg, South Africa. She obtained a Certified Supply Chain Professional qualification from APICS in 2013 which complimented her Diploma in Marketing and Sales. She is currently completing the Global Executive Development Program at GIBS which is affiliated to the Harvard School of Business.

She started her career at the front-end of a Retail Supply Chain and moved into Brand and Procurement Management providing her with full end-to-end experience within a Supply Chain. In 2008 she decided to specialize in the field of Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics.

Ms Willis has conducted a number of client workshops related to the challenging business environments of Africa. She recently conducted a workshop at the April 2019 Hi-Tech Conference in Singapore, previously at the Life Science Conference in Lake Maggiore, Italy 2018 and Hi-Tech Conference in Noordwijk, Netherlands in 2017. Ms Willis has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi-national clients across various sectors with their supply chains. She specializes in African Markets and has provided clients with solutions to mitigate the challenging environments within Africa.

She is an avid supporter of Youth Development in Africa and an ambassador of the AIESAC youth-run organization.

Alex Obvintsev is Talos Energy Operations Manager – Mexico.

Alex is leading Talos operations team in Mexico executing exploration, appraisal and development activities. Alex has over 24 years of drilling and project management experience in a variety of onshore and offshore international and domestic projects. Alex has started his career with Schlumberger Integrated Project Management team in 1997. He has been on the E&P side of the business since 2004 and has been a part of Talos Mexico team since the very beginning. Alex holds MSc. degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Freiberg.

Originally from California with a BS in Math, minor in Computer Science from CalPoly, San Luis Obispo. Adam later received an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Adam specialises in Strategic Operational Supply Chain Leadership in category management, materials management & inbound logistics, procurement. Over the past 11 years have lived and worked in Alaska, Angola, and now here in Houston.
