Getting to Orlando is easy and reliable.

The primary gateway, Orlando International Airport (MCO), has been ranked No. 1 in its class by J.D. Power & Associates for two straight years based on overall customer satisfaction. Also servicing the area is Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). It’s located 18 miles northeast of Orlando. If you prefer rail travel, Amtrak provides service via its station in downtown Orlando, and Orlando’s commuter rail service, SunRail, connects key cities along its main corridor.

Ride Share:
Ride share services, such as Uber and Lyft, service the Orlando airports. Or, hop on the fun and affordable I-Ride Trolley, which runs on and around International Drive and costs a maximum of $2 per ride.
Rental Car:
Avis Rental Car offers meeting registrants special discounts on a wide selection of vehicles from one week before, to one week after the TCT Meetings. To reserve a car, contact Avis and use the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number S012600.

Hertz Rental Car offers a variety of vehicles to rent and has a desk at the Orlando International Airport.

Parking Information:
There is a parking garage located inside World Center Marriott. Self-parking is $24 plus tax for daily drive in guests (each time they leave the garage) or $35 plus tax for valet. From the Self-Parking Garage there is a walking bridge connecting the garage with the Convention Center and the escalator leads to in-between Palms and Cypress ballrooms. Uber/Lyfts would drop off at the front drive.

Novel coronavirus update and resources

During this time of uncertainty regarding coronavirus, ASTCT and CIBMTR urge people to stay on top of reliable and timely information. Those attending the TCT Meetings should be aware of travel recommendations from local, federal and international health agencies. They should also stay on top of any travel announcements that may impact their itinerary, such as flight cancellations and delays.

The following resources are being updated regularly with timely information:

According to WHO, there are several ways to stay healthy during this time.

  • Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water;
  • When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – throw tissue away immediately and wash hands;
  • Avoid close contact with anyone who has fever and cough;
  • If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing seek medical care early and share previous travel history with your health care provider;
  • When visiting live markets in areas currently experiencing cases of novel coronavirus, avoid direct unprotected contact with live animals and surfaces in contact with animals;
  • The consumption of raw or undercooked animal products should be avoided. Raw meat, milk or animal organs should be handled with care, to avoid cross-contamination with uncooked foods, as per good food safety practices.
