Exhibit Booths

Each 10' x 10' booth includes pipe, drape and a one-line identification sign and two full conference registrations and each 10' x 20' booth includes three full conference registrations.

10' x 10' Standard Booth: $2,000
10' x 10' Preferred Booth:  $2,250
20' x 10' Standard Booth: $3,750
20' x 10' Preferred Booth: $4,250
Island Booth: $7,250

Full payment is due within 30 days of confirmation via credit card or check payment.

Checks should be made payable to NAGAP and mailed to the following address with a copy of your booth confirmation:

All other materials including electricity, booth furnishings and freight handling must be ordered through Viper Tradeshows, the official decorator for the conference.

Exhibit booth pipe and drape will be Blue and Silver and the exhibit hall is carpeted.

How do I select my booth space?

You will select your own booth space from the interactive floor plan!
  • Booths highlighted in blue are available and booths highlighted in red are sold.
  • Hover over the booths to see which company has purchased it.
  • (P) = Preferred Booth Space means preferred location and expected high traffic
Exhibit Application Deadline is March 6, 2020, however, booths may sellout prior to the deadline.                      
  • Applications may be accepted after the deadline based on booth availability
Additional Booth Representatives $350 and include:
  • Welcome Reception on Wednesday night
  • Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday and Friday
  • Lunch on Thursday and Friday
  • Off-site event on Thursday night
  • All Refreshment Breaks in the Exhibit Hall

Official Service Contractor

Viper Tradeshows is the official service contractor for the 2020 NAGAP GEM Summit. Once your exhibitor agreement has been received, the information will be sent to Viper Tradeshows and an exhibitor packet will be sent to you. All shipments are to be sent through Viper Tradeshows. ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPMENTS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE HOTEL. IF YOU SEND YOUR MATERIALS DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL, THIS COST WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILLING BY VIPER TRADESHOWS.
