Mikito Kiname
President and CEO, Fujitsu America, Inc.

Mikito “Mike” Kiname is President and CEO of Fujitsu America, Inc., the management company of a group of Fujitsu-owned businesses operating in North, Central and South America dedicated to delivering Fujitsu products, solutions and services in ICT to clients in the Western Hemisphere. He has responsibility for the company’s regional strategy and direction for the Fujitsu portfolio of business and technology consulting services, digital solutions, computing platforms and industry solutions. Mike reports to Hidehiro Tsukano, head of the Americas region, Chairman of the Board and president and CEO of Fujitsu North America Holdings, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Fujitsu America, Inc.

Prior to taking on this role in November of 2018, Mike was president and CEO of Fujitsu Network Communications, where he led the company’s Optical and Wireless Network products and service solutions business. Previous to taking on this role, he served as head of Global Marketing for Fujitsu Limited.

Kiname-san joined Fujitsu Limited in 1981 and has served in a wide variety of leadership roles during the course of his career. He has spent more than 10 years in Texas to fulfill these roles, and also held several other global leadership positions including vice president of the Europe Division in the Fujitsu Global Business Group, and CEO of Fujitsu India Private Limited.

Mike will continue to reside in Texas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Waseda University in Shinjuku, Japan.

Paul Warburton
Global Account Director and VP of Automotive, Fujitsu Americas

Paul Warburton is the Global Account Director for one of the largest automotive companies in the world and the Global VP of the Automotive sector at Fujitsu with the responsibility of leading both global account teams and the service-led strategy.

Under Paul’s leadership, Fujitsu has become a trusted partner around the globe. He takes a truly collaborative approach and is co-located in the UK and US, traveling the globe to develop the business and establish relationships.The breadth of his experience, coupled with his responsibility for leading a global team, has given him a unique perspective on the emerging technology needs in different cultures and geographies.

In-car technology has blurred the lines between auto manufacturers and technology partners, and Paul is at the forefront of this revolution and is playing a leading role in constructing the new eco-system that sits around Mobility as a Service. In this age where users’ demands for information are instantaneous, organizations need to operate collaboratively and move beyond the traditional transactional levels of engagement. As a leader in the global automotive eco-system, Paul finds ways to close the gap between customers, partners and competitors and bring a collaborative, human-centric approach to IT to life.

Paul Bresnahan
VP of Manufacturing, Fujitsu Americas

Paul Bresnahan is VP and Head of our Manufacturing Industry at Fujitsu Americas.

Throughout Paul’s career, he has helped organizations across the globe leverage technology to achieve targeted business outcomes. He partners with them to define and frame their technology roadmap in the context of their business objectives and industry and market opportunities, fully exploiting the full extent of the IT industry to deliver programs.

Paul is adept at developing robust transforming programs designed for the manufacturing industry from outsourcing through application development, ERP. More recently, his focus has been on creating new digital platforms and technology.

He has a solid track record of success building highly-effective teams that are results-oriented and continuously improve by developing new techniques and tools in the sales and consulting arena. He and the team are highly specialized in manufacturing operations, processes and systems, with deep expertise in the business challenges and technology trends being applied to the industry.

Paul Kennedy
Head of Retail Industry, Fujitsu Americas

Paul Kennedy is Head of Retail Industry for Fujitsu Americas. In this role, Paul is responsible for the Sales and Go-to-Market strategy to the Retail Industry in North America for all of Fujitsu's capabilities. This includes Industry Solutions--purpose-build software, hardware, and services for retailers-- as well as a full suite of services covering applications, business consulting, hybrid IT cloud, infrastructure & platforms, security, and lifecycle services.

Paul brings more than 16 years of experience in Retail Industry Sales and Sales Leadership. Prior to joining Fujitsu in November of 2018, Paul held various leadership roles with Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions and IBM, most recently as Director of Sales for West USA & Canada. Paul has engaged in a wide spectrum of Retail segments, retailers large and small, with a broad portfolio of capabilities and services in an effort to assist them as they transform their store and digital operations.

Paul received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.He resides in Fayetteville, AR, with his wife, Erin, and son Jack.

Dominic Lanaway
VP, Head of Banking, Financial Services & Emerging Markets, Fujitsu Americas

Dominic Lanaway is VP and Head of our Banking, Financial Services & Emerging Markets at Fujitsu Americas.

Dominic brings more than 15 years of experience in Industry Sales Leadership across EMEIA and North America including Infor and Iris Accounting. Coming from a private equity background, throughout his career, he has helped both emerging start-ups and large enterprises in driving growth, differentiation and strategy through the intersection of software, services and analytics to embrace digital transformation.

Dominic holds a degree in Modern History from London University and resides in Baltimore, Maryland with his partner, Brianna, and their ten month old son Declan.

Dixie Erwin
Head of Digital Technology Services, Fujitsu Americas

Dixie Erwin is head of Digital Technology Services at Fujitsu Americas with overall responsibility for the strategy, execution and end-to-end management of the region’s industry-led, digital consulting and professional services business. This includes enterprise application and transformation services, software-as-a-service, Hybrid IT and digital workplace services.

Dixie has more than 25 years of consulting experience in IT strategy, systems and technology, and complex program delivery. She’s held a number of senior leadership roles throughout her career and is adept at working alongside clients to drive technology strategies that align to their business objectives and key industry and marketplace opportunities. She specializes in the design and execution of complex programs that require multi-national management and coordination, and she has successfully led a number of these engagements for several large global companies.

Dixie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with an Honors distinction in English Literature from California State University, Chico, as well as a Master of Management degree in Business Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Dixie currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Youth Centers, the Board of Trustees for the Hinsdale Community House, and the Board of Directors for the International Women’s Forum, Chicago.

She lives in the Chicago area with her husband Rick and their four children.

Ray Caul
Head of Retail Operations, Fujitsu Americas

Ray W. Caul is Head of Retail Operations. In this role, he has responsibility for industry software, hardware, solutions and services for the Americas region. In this position, he is responsible for overall management of retail customers, portfolio development, field service operations and partner management. His experience in client management, operations, mergers and acquisitions, along with service transformation makes him well-suited for this critical role.

Ray brings more than 20 years of experience, having joined Fujitsu in 1997. He has undertaken a number of client-facing and operational positions throughout the retail industry, specializing in managing large accounts and complex operations. He has an impressive record of achievements based on building strong partnerships with senior executives andimplementing leading edge practices. During his time with Fujitsu, he has gained considerable depth of experience by working throughout many operations in the Americas and globally.

Mr. Caul holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and executive MBA certificate from the Drucker School of Business.He is a veteran of United States Army and has been awarded several awards and citations.

Viren Agrawal
Head of Service Sales, Fujitsu Americas

Viren Agrawal is Head of Services Sales for Fujitsu Americas. In this role, Viren leads sales for Digital Services and Incubation, Business and Application Services, Managed Infrastructure Services, and Enterprise and Cyber Security businesses. He also oversees specialized sales teams including industry experts, sales for Japanese Originated Companies (JOC) and pre-sales engineers.

Viren brings more than 20 years of experience in IT Services, primarily in Sales and leadership roles, having led regional and offering Sales teams in Asia, Europe and Americas. Prior to his appointment in 2017, Viren served as head of Managed Infrastructure Services for Americas, where he oversaw the successful transition and transformation, delivery management and strategic engagement for many of Fujitsu’s largest customers in the region.

Viren received his bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in planning from Indian Institute of Technology. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business, SMU at Dallas.

Cory Jones
Head of Marketing & Event Host, Fujitsu Americas

Cory Jones is Head of Marketing for Fujitsu Americas, where he is responsible for executing the global marketing strategy, regionalizing global programs, and delivering marketing programs focused on generating demand for the Fujitsu portfolio. This includes the full marketing lifecycle including go-to-market strategy, launch plans for key offerings, sales enablement tools and demand generation campaigns, all of which are underpinned by demand center marketing capabilities and analytics to optimize social, web and digital marketing performance. He also oversees analyst and third party advisor research, market and competitor intelligence, and customer references to equip sales with additional data and proof points and evolve marketing programs and offerings.

With more than 20 years of traditional, digital marketing and demand generation experience, Cory has led large, global teams primarily in ICT and has been responsible for customer acquisition, win-back and retention, and brand marketing. He is also experienced at marketing automation, building commercial demand centers and integrating web and CRM platforms.

Cory graduated from Texas Tech University and currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with his family.
