Arriving in Rome

Rome's nearest airport is Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport. From the airport, there are many easy connections to the conference venue. For more information and other connections from the airport, please visit this website.

The sessions take place in The Pontifical Biblical Institute and the Gregorian University. A more detailed map of all venues will be provided for the participants on site in the program booklet.

Public Transport and Taxi
 

Rome Airport offers a wide selection of bus services to transfer to downtown Rome. The main and major bus station in Rome is Tiburtina Station. From there depart services not only in Rome, also to many destinations within Italy and Europe.

At FCO Airport you can find yellow or white taxis at the arrivals area of Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. A one-way trip to downtown Rome will take 40 up to 60 minutes according to your final destination. There is a flat fare of € 48.00 to Rome from Fiumicino Airport.
 
Leonardo Express is a non-stop train service connecting Termini Station (Rome’s trains hub) with Rome Airport in only 32 minutes, with a 15 minutes frequency (during certain times service frequency is of 30 minutes).
