Travel to Baha Mar

Air Travel

When you register, you will have the opportunity to enter your preferred flight details. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests. Once registered, the air team will book your flights and your itinerary will be emailed to you. Make sure to double-check the spelling on the itinerary and make sure it matches your passport.

Please note if you request an extension before and/or after the program dates, the hospitality team will reach out to you directly to confirm prior to booking any flights.

Ground Transportation in Baha Mar

We will provide you with ground transportation to and from the airport based on your confirmed flight itinerary. Upon arriving at the Lynden Pindling International Airport, you will be met outside of the baggage claim area by the transportation staff holding a sign with the McLean Mortgage Corporation logo.

Traveling to Baha Mar

In order to ensure that your travel plans are a hassle-free experience when passing through foreign borders, please have the following forms completed and in your possession upon your arrival:
  • Immigration Card (will be provided by airline staff)
  • Customs declaration card (will be provided by airline staff)
  • Proof of identification (please see criteria below)
Upon arrival you must keep the immigration card given to you! Visitors are advised to keep it with their travel documents as you will be required to present it to an Immigration Officer upon your departure.

The Bahamas Entry Requirements

U.S. Citizens must have a valid passport. Without a valid passport, (which must match exactly with the name on your airline ticket) you will not be permitted to board your flight. In addition, your passport must be valid for three to six months beyond your scheduled return date.
