Coeur d’Alene, Idaho is served by the Spokane International Airport (GEG). Travel from the airport to The Coeur d’Alene takes less than an hour. Local transportation between the airport and conference venue is included in the conference package. Please check with your government or travel agency regarding any visa requirements or electronic travel authorization you may need to enter the USA.

Coeur d’Alene and Spokane are in the Pacific time zone and will be in Pacific Daylight Time.

 
 
Note that if your flight departs from Spokane on Friday at 15:30 or later, you should have enough time to stay until the end of the meeting including lunch.
 

Shiftwork2019 Bus Schedule 

Buses will be provided after Shiftwork2019 to return conference attendees to the Spokane International Airport, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The times listed below are scheduled bus departures from The Coeur d’Alene. Plan to take a bus departing from Coeur d’Alene at least two hours prior to your flight departure time.

To reach the bus pick-up point at The Coeur d’Alene: From the main revolving doors of the hotel, go to the bus lane under the skybridge that connects to the shops.

Friday, September 13

03:45 – Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport

09:00 – Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport

10:30 – Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport

13:15 –  Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport, followed by drop-offs at downtown Spokane hotels

15:15 – Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport

21:45 – Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport

Saturday, September 14

07:30 – Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport

10:45 – Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport

13:15 – Pick up from The Coeur d’Alene, with drop off at the airport

Sunday, September 15

Sunday departures will be scheduled individually.
