The exhibit floor plan can be found in the right side bar to assist in your location selection. During the registration process, be sure to provide us with your top 4 locations.
If you need to order power, hardwire internet (free wireless), etc. for individual exhibits, please contact Theresa Greco, Director of Catering at the Salem Convention Center. You can reach her at theresa@salemconferencecenter.org or 503-779-1402.
You may also bring outdoor equipment; please contact Diane Deyerler at diane.deyerler@wsu.edu to confirm space is available and to make the necessary arrangements.
Exhibit Hours
You are welcome to begin setting-up your exhibit from 8:00am - 12:00pm on Tuesday, June 11. All vendors must be set-up no later than 12:00pm.
Vendor break-down will take place from 5:00pm - 7:00pm on Wednesday, June 12. (Vendors are more than welcome to stay and talk to attendees Wednesday evening, but your booth must be taken down by the designated time.)
