• Poster printing is possible at local print offices. The closest ones to the conference location are:

• All three locations offer online upload of your files. Please check the company's website for opening hours, production time, printing options, and prices.

• Posters being hand delivered can be checked in starting Sunday afternoon, on August 3rd.  The poster storage room will be located at the Hyatt Embarcadero (conference hotel) on the Pacific Concourse level, in room A.  

• Posters can also be mailed in ahead of time to be stored.  Posters will be accepted starting Thursday, July 31st.  Make sure that it is properly labeled with the information below, or your package will be rejected, and returned to sender.  After your arrival onsite, you will need to check-in with the poster booth to make sure that your poster arrived and is filed correctly.
