Everything You Need to Know!

Conference Location:

• All conference meetings, meals and activities will be held at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa.  

Indian Wells, CA:

• Time zone - Pacific Standard Time 
• Average temperatures in January for Indian Wells  are high's of 70º F and a low's of 42º.

Meeting Attire:

• Meetings: Business casual
• Men:  Slacks or nice trousers, collared shirt/polo.
• Women:  Dress pants or skirt, blouse.  
• Please note that the temperature in the meeting rooms may vary.  For maximum comfort, we suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater.  

Hotel:

• Upon completion of your conference registration, you will receive a special IPSA web-link to book your hotel reservations at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa at the negotiated conference rate.
  
• Please do not book your hotel outside of the conference block.
• You are welcome to extend your stay, outside the meeting dates of January 8-10, 2019, subject to hotel availability.  The negotiated rate of $185.00 + tax per room per, per night, is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the 2019 IPSA Conference dates.
