The award-winning Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa, located at the beautiful foothills of Palm Springs' Coachella Valley, is the exclusive hotel for the 2019 Annual IPSA Conference.  All conference attendees and exhibitors must first register for the conference prior to booking your hotel reservations.  

How Do I Book My Hotel Reservations?

Once you complete your registration for the 2019 Annual IPSA Conference, you will receive a registration confirmation, which will include your personal link and code to book your hotel reservations.

From Palm Springs International Aiport, the driving time is approximately 25 minutes.  Ride share services, such as UBER and LYFT are accessible at the airport, as well as taxis.
