Deadline for late breaking abstract submission is Friday, December 7, 2018 11:59 PST. Notifications regarding selected abstracts will be distributed in late December. New Embargo Policy for 2019 To allow 2019 TCT Meetings attendees an opportunity to review the schedule of all abstracts, the TCT Meetings embargo will be lifted, and abstracts will be available for review through the online agenda, approximately six weeks in advance of the TCT Meetings. Abstract – Audio Presentation Due to the success at the 2018 meetings, authors of abstracts accepted for presentation during the 2019 TCT Meetings will be required to submit a one-minute audio presentation to accompany their abstract. This audio will be available to all attendees through the TCT Meetings app. Information on uploading audio content will be included within the abstract acceptance letters. Conflict of Interest The ASBMT and CIBMTR are committed to ensuring the integrity of its educational programming along with aiding the professional development of those individuals who are involved in advancing science and improving the diagnosis of and treatment of patients. To that end, the ASBMT and CIBMTR rigorously review the programming offered at its educational sessions to ensure that those sessions that involve commercial content focus on the science and that all participants in ASBMT/CIBMTR educational events involving CME comply with ACCME Standards for Commercial Support. Further, we ask that the focus of educational programming (including abstracts) be educational as opposed to promotional and that to the extent feasible, generic names be utilized in lieu of a commercial product name. If you have any questions, contact TCTabstracts@asbmt.org.
