We are pleased that the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa will once again be the host hotel for the Fire & EMS Leadership Conference. Located immediately adjacent to the Westgate Entertainment District the Renaissance offers the highest quality accommodations and services at an exceptional conference rate. The hotel sold out last year so please make your room reservation early.
Conference Room Rates: $109 per night - Standard King / Double $159 per night - King Suite
Rate includes in-room WiFi. $5 valet parking is also available for conference attendees.

Reservation Etiquette (please read before making your reservation)
Last year the hotel sold out prior to the conference (good thing) but unfortunately we received a number of last minute cancellations (bad thing) and a number of conference attendees were not able to stay at the host hotel (very bad thing).
As a courtesy to all attendees we ask that you please consider the following as you make your reservation:
- Make your reservation early to avoid being left out.
- Reserve only the number of rooms you realistically think you or your organization will use - please avoid booking "just in case" rooms
- If it becomes necessary to cancel a room please do not wait until the last minute. If we know of cancellations far enough in advance we may be able to assist other attendees in obtaining a room at the host hotel.
- IMPORTANT: If you are unable to book a room at the Renaissance please let the conference staff know. We will maintain a list and may be able to assist you in obtaining a room if there is a cancellation.
Our goal is to have as many attendees as desire stay at the host hotel.
