We recommend that you prepare a 35-minute PowerPoint presentation to include the questions and answers session. All rooms will be equipped with the following: standing podium with microphone, LCD projector, laptop computer, laser pointer and lavaliere microphone.
Presentations can be e-mailed ahead of time to xraeventproduction@barclays.com
For presentations larger then 25mb, either WinZip the file or split up the presentations and note when sending the email. As a back-up, please bring a copy of your presentation on a flash drive or a laptop computer to the conference.
Our standard Office version is 2007 and Presentations produced on newer versions of Office (2010, 2013) may not display properly. To ensure flawless compatibility we suggest that all presentations be saved as Powerpoint 97-2003 presentations.

If you plan to send materials, the shipment should arrive no later than Friday, May 18th.
If you require materials to be placed in your one-on-one meeting room, we ask that the box is labeled accordingly. If you would like the extra materials returned, please include a shipping label.
