No bulk discount tickets will be offered
Cancellations must be made in writing by 2 February 2018.  A 30% administration fee will be charged.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations after 2 February 2018. 

Notification of replacement/substitute delegates will be accepted at any time free of charge.
