Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us at colorconference@fwmedia.com by Sept 16, 2011. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after this date for any reason. Substitutions may be made by fax or email until September 23, 2011. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site at the Print’s Color Conference event.
