All accommodation rooms have fantastic lake and mountain views and feature, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making facilities, work desk, refrigerator and fully stocked mini-bar, LCD TV’s with movie channels and Sky and a private balcony or shared deck area.

Deluxe Room

$230.00 per room per night, inclusive GST

Cancellation policy: 

21 – 7 days from event/conference start date: Any room cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s Room Rate per room cancelled.

Less than 7 days: Each room cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total accommodation charges of that booking.

Any no shows will be charged the full accommodation cost applicable to the entire stay.

Breakfast: Full Cooked Buffet Breakfast is served daily in the Bazaar Restaurant from 6:00am to 10:00am.
The full buffet breakfast is $28.00 per person per day.

The preferred method of booking accommodation is on-line via this website. Problems may be experienced if selected accommodation is unavailable, or if selections are outside allocated dartes. 

Arrival Time
Please indicate as part of your registration process your estimated time of arrival. Check in time is usually from 2:00pm. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check in time please book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released. Check out times is usually 10.00am or 11.00am. 

Late Arrivals
Please indicate your arrival time as part of your online registration process. 

To Secure Accommodation
To secure accommodation please book prior to the closing date of Monday 10 September 2018. Cancellation fees may apply after this time. Accommodation has been organised at Conference rates. Please direct all accommodation enquiries and changes in writing to the Conference Managers. The accommodation venues WILL NOT accept direct bookings. If requested accommodation is not available we will reserve a similar alternative. Allocations are made in order of receipt of bookings. Any no-show fees will be charged to your credit card. Room rates are in NZ$ and include NZ Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified. 

Change of Booking
Alterations to your accommodation booking must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers, conferences@w4u.co.nz 

Cancellation of Booking
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers. The deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations received after Monday 10 September 2018 or if the room is not occupied on the advised date of arrival.

Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share on the registration form. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
