
Q: I’m an HBAA agent, how much is it to attend?
A: Free of charge, a venue member be paying for your attendance. There is a raffle on the night at each event, with great prizes at £5.00 per ticket, all of which goes straight to our charity Brigade – we do hope you will support this.
Q: I'm a venue member, how much is it to attend?
A: £70 plus vat for all locations outside London, the London location is £80.00 plus vat per venue member place. The cost of your place also covers the cost for an agent to attend. Q: Do I have to pay with credit card or may I be invoiced?
A: For this event, all bookings must be paid via credit card (NB: We do not accept American Express)
Q: The event I wish to attend is full, why is that?
A: There are maximum numbers in each location. We aim for equal number of venues and agents, so if we have a low number of agent registrations for a particular location, available venue places will be lower for that location too.
Q: I'm a venue member, do I have to attend the event nearest to me?
A: No, select the location nearest to the agents you’d most like to network with. If you're not able to make the date yourself, consider encouraging a local General Manager to attend.
Q: I have booked but can no longer attend, may I have a refund?
A: Refunds are available up to 12 noon on Tuesday 23rd May. Any cancellations received after the 23rd May (agent or venue) will incur a charge.
