What is the Rodan + Fields AMP UP Australia Tour and who should attend? |
The AMP UP Australia Tour is an event for Australian Guests, Pre-Enrolees and Rodan + Fields North American Consultants who are in Australia to learn more about our brand, products and the business opportunity, prior to the launch of Rodan + Fields into the Australian Market in May 2017. |
What can I expect at the AMP UP Australia Tour? |
During the event, you will learn about who we are, where we came from and where we are going. You will also receive information on our products, brand and the Pre-Enrolment Program in Australia. |
Will there be a virtual event? I live remotely in Australia/in North America and want to register to attend. |
Registration is only open for those who will be attending the event in person. We will not have a virtual event at this time, but will be recording the events and releasing a video recording at a future date. |

What is the cost to attend? |
Registration for this event is complimentary for all Australian Pre-Enrolees, Guests and North American Consultants. If you are an Australian Pre-Enrolee or Guest, please complete the registration form and select “Guest” as your attendee type. If you are an active U.S. or Canadian Rodan + Fields Consultant, please complete the registration form and select “Consultant” as your attendee type. You will have the option to include your Spouse or Business Partner. |
What’s included in my registration? Will there be food or beverages provided? |
Registration includes a Business Presentation where you will hear from Heidi Wissmiller, Chief Customer Officer, and Melissa Seitz, Australia General Manager, as they discuss the Rodan + Fields brand and the Pre-Enrolment Program. There will be a reception following the Business Presentation to celebrate Rodan + Fields coming to Australia. |
How do I add a guest to my registration? |
During registration, North American Consultants will be prompted to add your spouse or business partner to your registration. All other guests and spouses of guests are encouraged to register for themselves. All registrants must enter their name and email to be eligible for this event. |
I registered for the event but did not receive a confirmation email. How can I confirm that I am registered for the event? |
If you are registered, you should receive a confirmation email from the Rodan + Fields Event Team. Please check if it may have landed in your spam inbox. Click here to email the Rodan + Fields Australia Support Team and we will be happy to verify your registration or re-send the confirmation for your records. |
I am not able to register because the event is sold out. Will more seats become available? |
While it is not a guarantee, seats may become available closer to the event date. Please be advised that there is not a wait list for this event; please check back on the event registration website periodically closer to the day of the event to see if any seats may have opened up. |
Can I register onsite at the event? |
While we cannot guarantee that this event will not sell out, you can register at the Rodan + Fields Onsite Registration Desk. We highly encourage that you register early to reserve a spot for this event. |
I can no longer attend the event (s); how do I cancel my registration? |
Click here to log in with your email address and confirmation number and select “Cancel Registration”. Please note, if you added a spouse or business partner to your North American Consultant registration, their registration for the event will also be cancelled. |
I registered for the wrong event; can I transfer my registration to the correct event? |
Yes. Click here to email the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will transfer your registration to the correct event. |
GUESTS & ENROLMENTS
Can I invite a guest to attend the AMP UP Australia Tour? |
Yes and we encourage you to. Guests, spouses and prospective pre-enrolees are encouraged to attend and required to register for this event. |
How can I share this event and invite others to attend? |
Upon completion of your registration, you will have the option to share the event via the Twitter or Facebook buttons on the Registration Confirmation page. You will also have the option to “Invite A Guest” and enter up to 10 email addresses and they will receive an invitation email. Please note, inviting a guest does not register him or her for the event. All guests must register for the event. |
Can I invite my guest(s) to the Event if I am unable to accompany them? |
Yes. If you are unable to connect your guest(s) with staff at the event, there will be staff at the enrolment table who will be happy to answer any questions your guests(s) may have about the Rodan + Fields business, products and enrolment process. |
How can guests pre-enrol to become part of the Australian Rodan + Fields Pre-Enrolment Program at the event? |
At the end of the AMP UP Australia Event, guests will have the opportunity to pre-enrol to become an Australian Pre-Enrolee for Rodan + Fields at the Pre-Enrolment Station. |

Do I need to pay for parking? Is there a R+F discount? |
Depending on the hotel or event venue, there may be a fee for parking. We will always do our best to negotiate a discounted rate for our attendees; however, we can't guarantee a lower rate at all venues. |
I’m the spending the night at the hotel where the event is being held. Is a discounted rate offered? |
There is not a room block or a discounted room rate for this event. |
