Exhibitor Booth Information

Items Included with Booth Space:
- Includes an 8’ back drape and 3’ side drapes on either side of your booth. (Islands do not include pipe & drape)
- NRB Member organizations receive discount pricing on booth space
- 7"x44" black & white identification sign with your company name and booth number (linear booths only).
- Listing
in Convention Program Book, Exhibition Program & Guide, and online
Exhibitor Directory (if booth space secured by early December)
- Three complimentary Full Convention Registrations per 100 square feet of booth space purchased. Maximum allowed will be 10.
- Access to NRB attendee direct mail and email list for pre and post-Convention promotional mailings. Restrictions & fees apply.
- Free access to NRB18 Press list.
- Posting
of “Exhibitor News” on NRB Convention website. Exhibiting
organizations can submit news of convention specials, giveaways, booth
location, product and service descriptions and press releases which will
be posted on an “Exhibitor News” section of the NRB Convention website.
- NRB
Exhibitor website floor plan and directory listing (includes option to post logo, website link, organization name, and description).
Booth fee does NOT include:
- Carpet
- Carpet Cleaning in your booth area
- Electrical Connection
- Internet Connection
- Furniture
- Drayage
(the delivery of materials to your exhibit booth; removal and storage
of your empty boxes and crates and storage of those items during the
show; delivery of those empty boxes and crates to your booth space at
the end of the show for packing and then delivery of those packed up
materials to the carrier loading zone for shipping back to your office)

Note: All non-member participation in the Exhibit Hall is subject to NRB Executive Committee approval. If a non-member company has been declined by the Executive Committee, all funds paid will be refunded.
If your organization has never exhibited at the NRB Convention, please contact Jim Buckley to complete an application that will be reviewed and approved by the NRB executive committee before securing your exhibit space.
If you are a University interested in exhibiting at Proclaim 18, please contact Jim Buckley for more information on how to process your application. Please note it must be the school promoting and exhibiting at Proclaim 18, not an entity related to a school.

1) NRB
Show Management must receive cancellation in writing (letter, fax or
email). The date on which the notice of cancellation is date stamped
shall apply as the official date of cancellation.
2) Upon
notification of cancellation or violation by the Exhibitor of any of
the payment or other contract terms, NRB Show Management has the right
to re-sell the space vacated without obligation for refund to the
Exhibitor.
