For early arrivals we’ve organised an optional boat tour around the beautiful Surfers Paradise canals. Pick up and drop off right at the Marriott wharf. Morning tea included.

Penguin Random House are hosting our Welcome Cocktail event at the aptly named Chapter & Verse hotel bar. Look forward to special guest Richard Flanagan and an exciting announcement

6.30 pm - Awards Dinner at the Marriott Resort & Spa
The awards dinner is the time to dress up and celebrate!
For the first time in four years, the Awards Dinner will include the announcement of the Indie Book Awards 2017 Category Winners and Book of the Year winner.
It;s time to also celebrate the work and achievements
of Leading Edge independent booksellers and the announcement of the
Bookseller of the Year Awards for Metro and Regional, Publisher of the Year Award, and the Awards for Best Business Ideas and 1st Time Delegate.
Of course expect fantastic food, drink and guest presenter A.C. Grayling (Bloomsbury)
