Temperatures in hotels and meeting rooms can often be difficult to manage, so we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket for your comfort.

Located in room 102 of the Ft Worth Convention Center, the Corporate Member Lounge will be open exclusively to current corporate members.

There are still seats available on select Facility Tours. Tours require advance registration and the fee is $45 per tour. Tour fees are non-refundable. For tours that are sold out in advance, you may request a stand-by ticket at the on-site registration desk. Stand-by tickets are valid on a first-come, first-served basis if seats become available due to cancellations or no shows.

Your conference badge is all you need for meals and drinks. Again this year, tickets are NOT required.

A limited number of meeting rooms are available in Ft Worth immediately before, during and immediately after the conference exclusively for WERC Corporate Members, Solutions Partners and Sponsors. For information or to request a room, contact conference@werc.org.

Monday, May 1, 2017 – 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday, May 2, 2017 – 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday, May 3, 2017 – 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM

WERC and its partners do not utilize third parties to solicit our solutions partners, attendees or members for purposes of selling hotel rooms, audio visual equipment, mailing lists or any other product or service. WERC is aware that there are companies soliciting our participants, however WERC has NO affiliation with them. Exhibitors and attendees are urged to exercise caution and advised to secure products and services only through WERC’s exclusive channels.

Conference Hotel Rooms: onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with WERC. While hotel resellers other than onPeak may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with WERC. WERC and its service partners do not solicit hotel room reservations via telephone or fax and entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
Attendees and exhibitors are urged to exercise caution and are advised to coordinate lodging reservations only through WERC's official hotel provider, onPeak.

Audio Visual Equipment: CCR Solutions is WERC's exclusive 2017 conference technology rental provider. The only way to guarantee the integrity of your order and credit card information is to reserve equipment and services through them. Solutions Partners can find information on technology services and equipment rental in the official Solutions Partner Services Kit (available in February, 2017).

Mailing Lists: WERC takes the privacy of our solutions partners and attendees very seriously and does not make our mailing lists available to third parties for their use or sale. Solutions partners or sponsors interested in sending either email or mail to conference attendees should contact their Solutions Center sales representative.

The 2017 Conference Call for Proposals was open June 8 – August 12, 2016 and we received a record number of proposals. (More than 70!). Additional proposals are no longer being accepted. Watch your weekly WERCWatch e-newsletter and www.werc.org in June 2017 for the 2018 Conference Call for Proposals.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, WERC will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at this meeting.
