Promotional Email Opportunities

WERC is pleased to offer you two opportunities to promote your company and your involvement at the 2017 WERC Conference.

1. Send email messages to your own list of customers and prospects inviting them to visit you at the WERC Conference.

Cost: FREE! And if that’s not incentive enough…

Any company that sends messages to at least 2,500 unique, valid email addresses by March 3, 2017 will be given a free upgrade to full-conference registration for their Solutions Center only pass. (A $650 value.) 

The company that sends the most email messages to unique, valid email addresses by April 14, 2017 will receive a complimentary Solutions Partner Booth Package for the 2018 WERC Conference. (A $3,995 value)

After you've confirmed your participation as a Solutions Partner and/or Sponsor, you will receive access information from our partner, Event Technologies. Log in here.

2.Send an email message to all registered conference attendees pre &/or post conference.

Cost: $500 per message

Email Distribution Dates: April 1 - May 31, 2017; Two messages per day maximum will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
