Key Dates and Deadlines:

• December 30, 2022:
• Deadline for early bird exhibit booth rate of $2,700/booth; after, $3,000/booth
• Deadline for booth guarantee with sponsorship commitments, pending availability
• January 2023:
• TMF 2023 attendee registration opens
• Confirmed exhibitors receive an email with service kit link from Alliance Nationwide Exposition (TMF 2023 decorator)
• March 3, 2023: TMF 2023 sponsor/enrollment ends
• March 31, 2023: Deadline for all TMF 2023 sponsor/exhibitor payments to UNOS (no exceptions)
• April 21, 2023: Deadline for guaranteed room rate for hotel reservations, based on room availability

Exhibit Booth Fees: (If NOT Sponsoring)

Single Booths:

• Fee: $2,700 (on or before December 30, 2022)
• Fee: $3,000 (after December 30, 2022)

Double Booths:

Exhibit space is 8' (wide) by 10' (deep) for a single booth and 8' (wide) by 20' (deep) for a double booth which includes: (1) 6 foot table with (2) chairs and (1) waste paper basket. Any additional furniture and other equipment must be ordered through the official decorator, Alliance Nationwide Exposition. (NOTE: You must coordinate your electrical, phone and internet connection requests through the hotel.)
