Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before March 26, 2021 will be fully refunded. There are no refunds after March 26, 2021. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used to make the registration no later than the day of the event. Questions about the cancellation policy should be addressed to the Registration Chair at conferenceregistration@houstoniia.org.  

Other Information:

• Groups of 5 or more from the same organization receive a discount of $25 off per person. In order to receive the group discount, groups of 5 or more have to signup in one registration.
• If you are an IIA member who is unemployed, retired, an educator, full-time student, or from another chapter, please contact Wilson Van Tine at conferenceregistration@houstoniia.org before beginning the registration process.
• Substitutions (same price category) can be made at no additional charge. Please contact Wilson Van Tine at conferenceregistration@houstoniia.org for substitution processing.
