Ken Davis

Ken Davis is the Founder of Greentree Advisors, a consulting company to the global vehicle industry. Prior to establishing the company in 2018, Ken spent 31 years with Eaton PLC, most recently as Vehicle Group President. During his time in this role, he helped generate $3.5B in group revenue, managed 46 facilities in 15 countries, and led eight joint ventures for the industrial manufacturer. With almost four decades of experience in the global vehicle industry, Ken serves as a member of several joint venture boards of directors, including Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies, Southwest Michigan First, and Gilmore Car Museum. He received a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
 
Rob Garcia

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.
 
Jim Guice

Jim Guice has served as Executive Vice President of Corcentric since 2004. Jim has more than 35 years of trucking industry leadership experience, including the startup and growth of the nation's largest independent used truck, tractor, and trailer sales organization, TEAM Vehicle Sales.

He has spent more than 30 years in the truck rental and leasing industry in various positions with Ryder System Inc. (sales, purchasing, and operations). In addition, Jim was founder of a transportation consulting company dealing with both automobile and truck operations. He also started a career as a Mortgage Banker in Virginia with a large bank primarily dealing with real estate financing.

Jim graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s in Business & Technology. He is also in their football Hall of Fame.

During the past 20 years, Marty has focused on the Fleet, OEM and Heavy-Duty Installed sectors in a sales and marketing capacity. He currently works in a Key Account Manager role providing sales, training and marketing insight in the Fleet industry with a focus on the Total Cost of Ownership when managing a fleet operation.
 
Gordon Klemp

Gordon Klemp is the founder and CEO of The National Transportation Institute. He grew up on a Midwestern farm and later earned bachelor’s degrees in Economics, Mathematics and MBA degree. Prior to founding NTI in 1995, Gordon held middle and senior management positions with companies that operated TL and LTL fleets. He later joined a publicly traded research firm as Chief Operating Officer and led the development of a suite of proprietary benchmarks and optimization software which targeted improving fleet operating efficiencies.
 
In 1995 he founded The National Transportation Institute and began the development of what is now the largest database of North American Class A CDL Driver Compensation, benefits and policies in existence. Gordon has been certified to provide Expert Witness testimony in state and federal courts on the topic of driver compensation. He has testified in some of the largest lawsuits ever brought involving driver compensation in the United States. His data has been described by others as the gold standard of compensation data, and its granularity unparalleled.

Bill McCouch

Bill McCouch, Senior Vice President of Procurement Services at Corcentric, has been with the company since 2001. Bill brings more than 40 years of transportation industry experience to Corcentric. In this role, Bill oversees all sales, operational, and financial planning activities for Corcentric’s procurement solutions. Previous to joining Corcentric, Bill’s experience included serving as Operations Director for two web-based transportation startups and 18 years with Ryder System, Inc., where he oversaw the development of company-wide strategic sourcing programs, staffing, infrastructure, and a nationwide distribution system for OE and aftermarket parts procurement.
 
Bill Offutt

William Offutt serves as the Managing Director for Military Recruiting Consultants which provides expertise to companies and organizations who seek to develop life cycles recruiting programs for transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses. He serves as a consultant for government affairs to Viqtory.com, the publisher of GI Jobs and Military Spouse magazines. Previously, he served as a Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for Veterans Employment and Training. As such, he was the Executive Director for the Presidents National Hire Veterans Committee and later as Executive Director to the Advisory Committee for Veterans Employment, Training and Outreach providing recommendations to the US Secretary of Labor on veteran employment issues. He as owned and operated several small businesses, worked on Wall Street and was employed by two Fortune 100 companies. He is a Vietnam veteran.
