Below is a list of sponsorship opportunities and costs. Should they fall outside your organisation’s requirements, ALGIM is open to discuss alternative sponsorship options that may better suit your needs i.e. joint sponsorship of an item/s.

Symposium Awards Dinner

$7,500 +GST
  1. Two organisation representatives will receive complimentary entry to the Pre-Dinner Networking Drinks and the Symposium Awards Dinner, if not already registered for the Symposium.
  2. Opportunity for an organisation representative to welcome attendees to the Symposium Awards Dinner, followed by a short presentation at the beginning of the evening.
  3. Your organisation’s logo displayed on the big screen throughout the Symposium Awards Dinner with the exception of the duration of the 2014 ALGIM Information Management / Records Awards when the awards sponsor/s will have their logo/s displayed. Please note that the entertainment sponsor’s logo will also be displayed once the entertainment commences, although your logo will be more dominantly placed.
  4. One complimentary exhibition stand, subject to availability.
  5. Opportunity to display banners at the Symposium Awards Dinner.
  6. Display of your organisation’s logo in the Symposium Programme in reference to the Symposium Awards Dinner.
  7. Your organisation’s logo included in the sponsors’ section of the Symposium Programme.
  8. Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Symposium.
Symposium Satchels

$3,500 + GST

  1. Your organisation’s logo printed on the delegate’s satchels in a prominent position, in conjunction with ALGIM’s logo.
  2. One complimentary exhibition stand, subject to availability.
  3. Your organisation’s logo included in the sponsors’ section of the Symposium Programme.
  4. Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Symposium.
Awards Dinner  Entertainment

$3,000 + GST
  1. Your organisation’s logo displayed on the big screen during the evening’s entertainment. This will be in conjunction with the logo of the organisation that has sponsored the Symposium Awards Dinner (if applicable).
  2. Display of your organisation’s logo in the Symposium Programme in reference to the evening’s entertainment.
  3. Your organisation’s logo included in the sponsors’ section of the Symposium Programme.
  4. Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Symposium.
Symposium Lunches | two available

$3,000 + GST each
  1. Signage displayed on catering tables during the lunch break to recognise your sponsorship.
  2. Display of your organisation’s logo in the Symposium Programme in reference to your sponsored lunch.
  3. Your organisation’s logo included in the sponsors’ section of the Symposium Programme.
  4. Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Symposium.
Awards Pre-Dinner Networking Drinks

$2,500 + GST

  1. Signage displayed in bar area during Pre-Dinner Networking Drinks to recognise your sponsorship.
  2. Display of your organisation’s logo in the Symposium Programme in reference to the Pre-Dinner Networking Drinks.

Awards Dinner Wine

  1. Your organisation’s logo displayed with reference to sponsorship on the tables at the Symposium Awards Dinner.

Morning Tea | two available

$1,500 + GST each
  1. Display of your organisation’s logo in the Symposium Programme in reference to your sponsored morning tea.

Afternoon Tea | two available

$1,500 + GST each

Lanyards and Nametags

$1,500 + GST
Supply is in addition to the $1,500 listed – please discuss with Event Coordinator

Symposium Programme

$1,500 + GST

  1. Your organisation will receive an A4 page advert (portrait) in the Symposium Programme to promote your organisation’s products and / or services. Advert to be supplied by sponsor.
  2. Your organisation’s logo included in the sponsors’ section of the Symposium Programme.
  3. Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Symposium.
Speaker Travel Costs | with speaker approval

$1,500 + GST each
  1. Your organisation will be acknowledged during the introduction of the speaker before their presentation.
  2. Display of your organisation’s logo in the Symposium Programme in reference to the speaker you have sponsored.
  3. Your organisation’s logo included in the sponsors’ section of the Symposium Programme.
  4. Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Symposium.
Power Station

$500 + GST
  1. Your organisation will be allowed to brand this area with banners, brochures and collateral.
  2. This area will be named after your organisation and referred to as such in the Symposium Programme i.e. ALGIM Power Station.
  3. Your organisation’s logo included in the sponsors’ section of the Symposium Programme.
  4. Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Symposium.
Pads & Pens | for Symposium satchels

$300 + GST and Product

  1. Your organisation’s name and / or logo can be printed on both the pads and pens.
  2. Your organisation's logo included in the sponsors’ section of the Symposium Programme.
  3. Recognition of your sponsorship throughout the Symposium.
AWARDS | Leadership Award

$200 + GST & prize to be supplied by sponsor
  1. Opportunity for an organisation representative to present the recipient with their prize.
