- Conference Institutes will kick off the Assets Learning Conference on Wednesday, September 19 with half-day or full-day Institutes designed to deliver a more focused educational experience.
- Over 60 Concurrent Sessions designed to showcase innovative strategies to help level the playing field to ensure financial access for all Americans
- Four all-Conference Plenary Sessions aimed at converging multiple unique perspectives and converting intriguing ideas into policy, research and programmatic action. Visit the Agenda page for a list of confirmed speakers.
- Capitol Hill Visits, in which you can become a lobbyist for a day and meet with your local elected representatives to explain to them why asset-building measures ought to be part of the federal legislative agenda.
- Research Forum: CFED, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and the Center for Financial Security at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, have organized a research forum entitled “Ideas Into Action: An Applied Research Forum for the Assets Field.” The Research Forum will be a key feature of the ALC, structured to showcase important recent developments in academic and applied research, and to spark dialogue among researchers, policymakers, advocates and practitioners that draws out the implications of the research for their work.
