Using Participatory Evaluation to Strengthen Financial Capability Programming

Learn about new participatory outcome evaluation methods and tools that are being applied in a national, multi-year, 31-organization demonstration initiative. Practitioners from the project’s Learning Cohort who are evaluating financial capability progress will discuss how they have integrated evaluation into financial coaching programs. In an interactive presentation, they will explain how the data being collected is sharpening providers’ understanding of shifts in their clients’ financial status, attitudes and behaviors, and how they are using evaluation results to make course corrections and improve programs.
