Housing Counseling: From Foreclosure to Asset Building

Many financially vulnerable people across America – low- and moderate-income families – have been or are under threat to be stripped of their homes, are not mortgage savvy, or are not knowledgeable about home ownership preparedness. This session features presenters from organizations that have played a pivotal role in assisting low- to moderate-income families across the country through financial literacy training, homeownership counseling, mortgage default and foreclosure prevention, and much more. Participants will be armed with tangible strategies for using housing counseling as a bridge into family financial security.
